After you contact us to discuss a new installation, an experienced technician or manager will visit your property and assess all your needs for the new installation. All visits and quotations are free of charge, with no obligation to purchase.
Once we are on site, we will review the current systems and fuel types you have at the property. We undertake, as far as we are able, a full survey to identify all aspects that might affect the installation. During this consultation, we will discuss all your needs and advise you on your best options. After our discussion, we will provide a quality value-for-money quotation.
For most installations, we will design and quote a price for your new installation within 24 hours of our visit. This may take longer for more complex or specialised projects, but you will be advised on this at the time.
All quotes are valid for one month, giving you plenty of time to consider, and our customer support team will remain in touch to discuss any concerns and check up with you. Aside from our excellent prices, we also offer to beat any “like for like” quote on work required. Once work begins, our installation team will come to your property to fit all your new appliances and systems.
